ISOGRID wants everyone to be able to read about, buy and get support for our kits, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page says what we've done, where the limits are, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
The standard we work to
We build and test isogrid.io against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What's in place
- Keyboard access — every page, the cart, the photo viewers and checkout work without a mouse. Each page starts with a "Skip to content" link, and focus is always visible.
- Screen readers — pages use proper headings and landmarks, images have text alternatives, form fields are labelled, and errors and order status are announced.
- Colour and contrast — text meets the AA contrast ratios, and nothing relies on colour alone.
- Motion — animations switch off if your device asks for reduced motion. The reviews on the homepage have a pause button, and the product video has captions.
- Zoom and small screens — pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide and can be enlarged without losing content.
- The reference manual — the PDF manual is tagged for screen readers, with headings, tables, lists and descriptions of its diagrams.
- Accessibility options — the round button at the bottom left of every page opens settings for high contrast, colour-blind assist, text size, reduced motion, underlined links and a dyslexia-friendly font. Your choices are remembered on this device.
How we test
We check every public page with automated testing (axe-core) on desktop and phone layouts, and by hand with a keyboard. The last full check was in October 2026. The site has not had a formal audit by an outside accessibility specialist.
Known limits
- Payment and address fields at checkout are provided by Stripe, and the homepage video player by YouTube. We set them up to be as accessible as they allow, but we don't control what's inside them.
- The sign-up form uses a Cloudflare check to stop bots. It normally passes without asking you to do anything; occasionally it asks for a click.
Tell us what's not working
If any part of the site is hard to use, email hello@isogrid.io and tell us the page and what happened. We read every message and will reply as soon as we can, normally within a few business days. If you can't complete an order or look one up, say so and we'll help you directly.
