ISOGRID ("we," "us") makes Eurorack conversion kits, hand-assembled in Los Angeles, CA and Asheville, NC. This page explains what personal information we collect through isogrid.io, why, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

Drop alert signups — your email address, when you sign up for notifications about upcoming product drops.
Order information — if you purchase a kit, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details directly and securely; we never receive or store your full card number. We receive your name, shipping address, email, and order details (passed to us via Stripe) to ship your kit and provide support.
Started-but-not-finished checkouts — if you enter your email while checking out but don't complete the purchase, we keep a record of that email and cart contents for our own internal reference (for example, to follow up manually if you'd like). We don't send automated marketing from this — see "Your choices" below.
Basic site analytics — a lightweight, cookie-free pageview count (which page, and roughly where the visit came from — search, social, direct, etc.). This is aggregate traffic volume only; we don't track individual visitors across sessions or pages, and no personal data is collected by it.
Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (AWS), used only for security and site reliability.

To understand overall site traffic, so we can improve the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe — our payment processor, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our hosting, order-storage, and email infrastructure provider.
Shipping carriers — your shipping address is shared with the carrier fulfilling your order.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

Cookies & embedded content

This site embeds a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies unless you actually choose to play the video. If you do, YouTube's own cookie and privacy practices apply — see Google's Privacy Policy.

If you're visiting from the EU/EEA or UK: because we ship internationally, GDPR principles apply to how we handle your data regardless of where our servers are located. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — see below.

If you're a California resident: we don't sell or share your personal information as defined under California law, and the same access/correction/deletion rights described below apply to you.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from drop alerts any time using the link in any email we send.
Ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing helloisogrid@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

isogrid.io is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Data retention

We keep drop-alert subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Order records are kept as long as reasonably needed for support, warranty, and legal/tax record-keeping purposes.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
