These terms apply when you order a product from isogrid.io. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

ISOGRID is a small, hand-assembly hardware operation based in Los Angeles, CA and Asheville, NC. Kits are produced in limited batches through periodic "drops," not held as continuous inventory.

Orders & payment

Orders are placed and paid for through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and don't include duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders — those are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping & delivery

We aim to ship every order within 1–2 business days of purchase. Because kits are hand-assembled in limited batches, delays can happen — most commonly around parts sourcing for a given drop. If we can't ship within that window, we'll contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund rather than leave you waiting without word.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK customers)

If you're ordering from the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to explain why. To use this right, contact us at helloisogrid@gmail.com within that window. See our Returns page for how returns work in practice, including condition requirements.

Installation & safety

Every kit includes a Reference Manual with a critical safety warning about the IDC power cable: the red wire marks Pin 1 and must align with the −12V label on the PCB Assembly connector. Reversed polarity can damage the PCB, your NTS-1 Mk2, and other modules in your rack. Always verify orientation before powering on. This is your responsibility as the installer — we can't be liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Kits are sold as DIY conversion hardware for a specific existing product (the Korg NTS-1 Mk2). You're responsible for correct installation following the included manual.

Warranty

We stand behind the build quality of every kit. If your kit arrives defective or damaged in shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — see Returns. Beyond that, kits are sold as-is; we're not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, use outside the kit's intended purpose, or modification after installation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ISOGRID's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law (such as EU/UK withdrawal rights above) gives you rights that can't be waived.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
